Youâll start with the modern country swing basic step, then build new moves each week in a clear, progressive way. By the end of the course, youâll know 20+ moves and variations, plus how to connect them naturally so you can dance with anyone, anywhere.

Ready to level up your dancing with more control, creativity, and flow? This 5-week Intermediate Country Swing course is designed for dancers who are comfortable with the basics and ready to expand how they move, connect, and combine patterns.
Each week focuses on a key conceptâspins, redirections, dips, and wrapped positionsâso youâre not just learning new moves, but how to use them naturally in your dancing. Youâll build control, improve connection, and start creating more dynamic, intentional movement on the floor.
By the end of the course, youâll be able to connect spins, redirects, dips, and wraps into clean, controlled combinationsâmoving with more confidence, precision, and freedom on the social dance floor.
What you’ll learn
Barrel rolls (single and double variations), sling shots and whip patterns, anchored dips with controlled entries and exits, and hammerlock transitions including spins, ducks, and dips.
Youâll focus on clean spin technique, momentum and redirection, stable dip mechanics, and maintaining connection through more complex positions. Each class emphasizes timing, control, safety, and smooth transitions so you can combine movements confidently and dance with flow.

Ready to stop overthinking and start actually dancing two step? Beginner (progressive) Two Step is designed for beginners who want to feel natural and confident on the floor.
Youâll learn the quick quick slow slow, how to move around the room with a partner, and how to stay in sync without hesitation. As the sessions build, youâll layer in turns, direction changes, and smooth transitions so your dancing feels connected instead of choppy. By the end, youâll be able to navigate the floor, adapt to different partners, and dance with ease in a real social setting.
What you’ll learn
Quick quick slow timing, smooth traveling basics, clean partner connection, and confident movement around the room. Youâll build in turns, direction changes, and simple transitions, all with a focus on timing, control, floor awareness, and flow so your dancing feels natural and connected.
